I am Ondřej Podhorný. For more than two decades I co-founded and built a technology company, and spent a defining period of my career in the defence industry — where a slow feedback loop is an operational risk, not a process inconvenience.

That combination is the practice: an owner’s view of cost and throughput, an engineer’s view of build, test and runtime, and a preference for changes that pay back.

Codebase Pulse applies that practice on the customer’s existing CI runner. Detail stays in the report. Headlines appear on the pull request or in CI output. Guard is optional, and only after the baseline is trusted.
